My brother-in-law is a proud Cajun. Every summer he invites friends and family to his backyard as he brings a bit of Louisiana to suburban Cincinnati. Beer, Louisiana crawfish, crab cakes, crab, lobster and corn on the cob–what more could anyone want? Well, maybe just one more beer.
